Qingdao Textile "Phoenix" Acquisition Of "Yansha"

Yesterday morning, Qingdao Phoenix Dongxiang printing and dyeing Co., Ltd. invested 12 million 50 thousand yuan to buy Qingdao Yansha textile printing and dyeing Co., Ltd., the signing ceremony was held at Laixi ho Bang holiday village.
Phoenix Dongxiang will speed up the pace of adjustment by acquiring Yansha textiles, and further expand and strengthen the "phoenix" national brand.

It is understood that Qingdao Phoenix printing and dyeing Co., Ltd. is currently the largest batik production enterprise in China, and "phoenix" brand batik cloth occupies 30% share in the international market.
Last year, the company was designated by the China printing and dyeing industry association as the national R & D and production base for wax dyeing cloth.
Phoenix Phoenix dyeing and Printing Co., Ltd., Qingdao Phoenix Dongxiang printing and dyeing Co., Ltd. was founded in September 2003 in Laixi water collection industrial park. In December 2004, it was put into trial production. The scale of production has expanded over the past three years. This year, we expect to produce 55 million meters of batik cloth and export US $49 million 200 thousand.
In order to further expand and strengthen the "phoenix" brand, according to the adjustment and reorganization of Qingdao textile industry, the implementation of brand strategy and the overall deployment of the cluster development, Qingdao Phoenix Dongxiang printing and dyeing Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Yansha textile printing and dyeing Co., Ltd. have reached a pfer agreement after consultations and negotiations. Fenghuang Dongxiang invested 12 million 50 thousand yuan to buy all the shares of Yansha textile. The acquisition project covers an area of 130 Mu and the construction area reaches 16000 square meters, which will provide broad space for the expansion of the batik fabric product of Phoenix Dongxiang.
