Garment Industry Adjusts 600 Overseas Buyers To Purchase.

The 2008 Green Trade Fair for textile and garment export and international sourcing fair, sponsored by the China Council for the promotion of international trade and the Qingdao municipal government, will be held in Qingdao International Convention and Exhibition Center in from April 11th to 13th.

With the appreciation of RMB and the rising cost of raw materials, the situation of textile and garment enterprises is grim, and the adjustment of industrial structure and product upgrading have become the consensus of the industry.

The exhibition not only complied with the trend of industrial development, but also provided good opportunities for enterprises to adjust.

It is understood that the exhibition will be organized by Qingdao International Trade Promotion Association and Qingdao international sourcing promotion center to help domestic textile and garment enterprises to develop international and domestic markets at low cost and expand domestic and overseas sales channels.

The exhibition attracted more than 50 large buyers, including WAL-MART, Carrefour, and Otto, and nearly 600 small and medium buyers (Group), mainly from Europe, the United States, Japan and other countries and regions, to sign up for the purchase.

In order to enable more enterprises to enter the supply chain of pnational buyers, the organizing committee invited the large multinational buyers such as the German businessman, Yi Chu, Hongkong lotus and France Andali to hold the pnational purchasing conference in the exhibition area on the morning of April 12th, and face to face with the textile and garment enterprises.
