Fuzhou Changle, the largest production base of nylon civil silk, warp knitting lace fabric and chemical fiber blended yarn in China, has formed a whole industrial chain layout from "one drop of oil", "one rope" to "one piece of cloth".

The production line of Fujian Yongrong Jinjiang Co., Ltd., located in Changle District, runs at full speed. The raw material used to produce nylon yarn is no longer petroleum extract, but waste textiles.

■ Lim, R&D Director of Fujian Yongrong Jinjiang Co., Ltd.: "Aisailun" (post consumption recycled nylon fiber) products are the environmentally friendly renewable green products independently innovated by Yongrong Jinjiang. Through our independent supercritical technology route, the whole process does not need to add any chemicals, thus realizing the recycling of waste nylon clothing fabrics, It is made into environment-friendly recycled fiber.

Compared with the original fiber, the production of 1 ton of "Aisailun" reduces about 3 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. In terms of performance, "Aisailun" is almost the same as the original fiber, realizing parallel economic development and low carbon emissions.

We use the pipeline transportation system, which is directly put into our production line by the system. Anchoring innovation, extending the chain and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading have become a consensus among leading textile enterprises in Changle.

The raw material benzene is separated from petroleum, and then the upstream raw material of cyclohexanone caprolactam is produced. Caprolactam is mainly used to synthesize polyamide fibers. Polyamide fiber, commonly known as nylon or nylon, is an important material for weaving. There are many different types, including "nylon - 6". At one time, caprolactam was highly dependent on the supply of international chemical giants. In order to get rid of the dilemma of caprolactam supply being controlled by others, Hengshen Holding Group Co., Ltd., headquartered in Changle, established Fujian Shenyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. in 2013, aiming at one goal: independent production of caprolactam.

As long as I build a factory, I can only buy raw materials. It needs a lot of supporting facilities, such as terminal facilities, such as hydrogen synthetic ammonia facilities.

In 2017, Shenyuan Phase I project with an annual output of 400000 tons of caprolactam and polyamide was put into operation. In 2018, Hengshen Group acquired Fubont caprolactam and related businesses in the Netherlands, becoming a global caprolactam supplier giant, and took the lead in completing the complete layout of the eight "nylon 6" industrial chains worldwide.

Data shows that private economy contributes more than 80% of taxes, more than 80% of GDP, more than 80% of technological innovation achievements and more than 90% of jobs in Changle District. According to the statistics of the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Changle District, in 2024, the number of textile and clothing enterprises above the designated size of Changle District will grow to 279, with a total industrial output value of 164.4 billion yuan, accounting for 63% of the total industrial output value above the designated size of the district.
