At the same time, in a corner of the Jiangsu plant of Xinfengming, a tall thermal power plant is constantly providing power for workshop production.

"The wharf and thermal power plant are not only to meet the production needs of Xinfengming Jiangsu, but also to meet the production and development needs of the entire industrial park in the future." Chen Xiaobin, assistant general manager of Xinfengming Jiangsu, said that, taking the thermal power plant as an example, the total planned capacity is 116 MW, and the first phase has been put into operation. The high standard and high specification design and operation of supporting projects such as docks and cogeneration also outline the industrial layout of Xinyi City to build a high-end textile industrial park driven by 10 billion projects. In 2021, the 2.7 million ton polyester new material integration project of Xinfengming Group with a total investment of 18 billion yuan will be signed; On May 22, 2021, the project will start construction; In August 2022, the first phase of Xinfengming Jiangsu 600000 t/a staple fiber project will be put into operation, and the supporting cogeneration and wharf will be put into use. By the end of this year, the production capacity of Xinfengming Jiangsu has reached 1.5 million tons, and the output value is expected to exceed 10 billion yuan.

Relying on Xinfengming Jiangsu, the 12 square kilometer high-end textile industrial park planned by Xinyi City is also stepping up construction and investment attraction. It is understood that Xinyi High end Textile Industrial Park mainly attracts downstream enterprises to settle in, creating a whole industrial chain of upstream and downstream collaboration from polyester fiber, weaving, printing and dyeing, finishing to high-end clothing and home textile. At present, Jiangsu Horace Textile and other enterprises have settled in the park. It is estimated that after the park is completed and put into operation, the output value will exceed 40 billion yuan. On this basis, Xinyi has also successively built a super cotton like fiber and supporting industrial park, a national water-based super fiber industrial base, and a Xiaoxing carbon fiber industrial base, forming a characteristic industrial chain system with polyester fiber, super cotton like fiber, water-based super fiber, and high-performance carbon fiber as the upstream, and promoting the textile industry to focus on traditional chemical fibers as the main raw materials, Gradually turn to new textile materials.
