Recently, a lot of places in Henan Province have been hit by rare continuous rainstorms, causing large-scale floods and causing huge losses to people's lives and property. Zhengzhou, Xinxiang, Hebi and other cities and towns were seriously damaged, with infrastructure destroyed, farmland flooded and houses collapsed, causing casualties and heavy property losses. At present, the flood control situation in Zhengzhou, Xinxiang, Hebi, Anyang, Jiaozuo and Zhoukou is still very severe, and the flood fighting and emergency materials and daily necessities are still in short supply, and the production and life of the people in the disaster areas have been greatly affected.

The disaster situation in Henan is affecting the hearts of the people all over the country. The risk of diseases and epidemics is increasing after the flood disaster, and the personal health problems should be paid attention to. In order to help the disaster victims and assist in health and epidemic prevention, the member units of the green development and Innovation Alliance for nonwoven industry of China Industrial Textiles Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as "the non-woven green alliance") are on the watch and help each other. The healthy medical, Heng'an group, BabyCare, Henan Yixiang (Deyou) and other units actively perform their social responsibilities and donate money and materials through relevant channels. In addition to face masks and other epidemic prevention textiles, many units mobilized nearby wet wipes, sanitary napkins, diapers, alcohol disinfection tablets, medical cotton swabs, gauze bath towels, mosquito nets, paper towels, disinfectants and other medical and health textiles and other materials to the disaster areas in time, which eased the progress of local supply and demand, and ensured the daily life and flood and epidemic prevention needs of the affected people.

In the process of dealing with the flood disaster, the disaster situation put forward new requirements for medical and health textiles, the importance and urgency of medical and health textiles supply has been highlighted.

This rainstorm disaster is sudden. Medical and health textiles are different from drinking water, food, medicine, rescue and life-saving materials and other high attention living materials. In the early stage of the outbreak of the disaster area, it is often ignored and there is a shortage of supply, mainly to consume the original reserves. For example, due to traffic congestion and network interruption after the disaster, there is a large demand for medical disinfection tablets and gauze in family and community hospitals during self rescue, and sanitary articles such as diapers and sanitary napkins are not included in the list of necessary materials in the emergency period, and the supply is not timely.

The scale of the rainstorm disaster is large, and many places have been affected successively. After the disaster, the limited stock of medical and health textiles, especially baby diapers, was rapidly consumed. Before enterprises outside the area donated money, there was a short-term shortage of supply.

This rainstorm disaster covers a wide range of affected groups, urban and rural areas of the elderly, young, sick, disabled and pregnant are all experiencing the test. The demands of different groups for medical and health textiles are not the same, including soft wipes, wipes, alcohol disinfection tablets and other daily necessities for families, as well as personalized materials such as sanitary napkins, diapers and adult diapers. The demand for accuracy and differentiation of post disaster supply is high.

On the one hand, when the flood disaster occurs, the flood is full of all kinds of pollutants. When people escape, they are prone to open wounds such as abrasions. Their bodies are wet or even immersed in water for a long time, and they are continuously exposed to the polluted flood. The probability of wound infection is very high. At this time, alcohol disinfection tablets, medical cotton swabs and other materials are very important to minimize the harm of disease and protect people's health.

On the other hand, people often do not have time to carry baby diapers, sanitary napkins, tampons and other disposable health products when escaping from disasters. However, a large number of bacteria and pathogens exist in the flood. If the sanitary napkins, tampons, diapers and adult diapers that have been soaked in the flood can not be replaced in time, once they enter infants, menstrual women and the elderly, it is easy to cause infection.

In addition, due to poor communication and traffic obstruction, community clinics, community hospitals and other places often face a shortage of medical supplies such as medical gauze and alcohol disinfection tablets. If open wounds are not treated in a short time, there is a greater risk of infection.

On the one hand, wet wipes, disinfectant wipes, alcohol disinfection tablets, paper towels and other materials play an important role in the prevention of disease from mouth to mouth. After the disaster, the environmental sanitation conditions are poor, and it is difficult to find clean water source to clean hands, mouth and nose. Wipes, disinfection wipes, alcohol disinfection tablets and other cleaning materials can effectively ensure the safety of drinking water and food.

On the other hand, disposable sanitary products such as wipes, disinfectant wipes, alcohol disinfection tablets and paper towels can remove pathogens from the environment and reduce the risk of contact transmission. The furniture, household appliances and household appliances exposed to flood pollution may lead to gastrointestinal infection, skin contact infection, respiratory tract infection and other diseases.

In addition, there are less personal belongings such as towels and handkerchiefs among the people affected by the disaster, especially those in the centralized resettlement areas. The use of disposable sanitary products such as soft towels and face wipes can help to reduce the transmission risk of sharing. However, medical and health textiles need to be handled properly, and natural and degradable environmental protection materials should be used as far as possible to reduce the environmental bearing pressure of the disaster area.

As of July 24, more than 18.55 million yuan of medical, health and daily necessities were donated. It mainly includes non nursing sanitary wipes, alcohol disinfection tablets, medical cotton swabs, gauze, bath towel and other materials.

　　 （2） Hengan Group

Hengan Group immediately mobilized from the nearby Luohe, Hubei Xiaogan and other production companies to help Henan at the fastest speed, mainly donating sanitary napkins, paper towels, wipes and diapers, with a total value of about 10 million yuan.

　　 （3） Hangzhou beiga

Hangzhou Beika Industrial Co., Ltd. has donated wet wipes, diapers, mosquito nets, mosquito repellent liquid sets and other materials to the disaster areas of Henan Province in conjunction with its "BabyCare" and other brands to help the children and families in the disaster areas overcome the difficulties.

Henan Yixiang Health Technology Co., Ltd. joined hands with "Deyou" brand to resume production in the case of its own disaster losses. It donated sanitary wipes, alcohol wipes, nursing mats, diapers, soft tissue and other materials for hospitals, communities and Hanhong foundation in the disaster areas, so as to share weal and woe with the people affected.
