The trademark of "SEMAR" which was first registered in the category of "clothing" was applied for on March 10, 1997 and approved for registration on April 28, 1998. The trademark of "Senma Senma and its map", which was the first trademark owned by SEMA footwear industry on footwear products, was applied for registration on April 7, 1995 and approved for registration on January 14, 1997. After that, the trademark was approved by the State Trademark Office to be transferred to the company.
The tangle point of this case is that the domestic reputation of SEMA clothing is relatively high, but the registration time of SEMA shoes industry is earlier, so the case has not been finalized.
