Ebay, SF And Tongpost Have Completed The Docking, Providing Traceable Logistics Services
It was reported on July 22 that since July 20, 2020, eBay has added two more carriers to connect with the platform and provide traceable logistics services. The new carriers are SF express and Tongyou. The names of logistics suppliers uploaded to the eBay platform are "SFExpress" and "topyou". The logistics service tracking information provided by them will be synchronized to eBay, and will be regarded by the platform as conforming to "eBay's policy on traceable logistics management plan".
According to eBay, sellers need to fill in the carrier information according to the comparison table of logistics suppliers and names uploaded to the eBay platform when returning the tracking number of packages, so that eBay can accurately obtain tracking information and improve the timeliness of tracking information synchronization.
According to relevant media, yesterday, eBay and adevinta jointly announced that eBay had agreed to sell its classified advertising business to adevinta, a Norwegian group, for $9.2 billion, thus creating a global classified advertising group.
In the deal, eBay will receive $2.5 billion in cash and 540 million shares of adevinta to become a shareholder and hold 44% of the company.
