00321-HK has announced that since the outbreak of the epidemic, factories, offices and shops in mainland China have been delayed after the Lunar New Year holiday, resulting in widespread disruption in supply chain and production.

The group's textile production plant in Dongguan, Guangdong, has been resumed in February 10, 2020. About 70% of the staff of the Dongguan factory have resumed work on this notice. With the containment of the coronavirus epidemic and the resumption of public transport, the remaining employees are expected to return to the factory to resume work. The group will do its best to fulfill its sales orders and keep in touch with its customers to adjust the delivery schedule to minimize any negative economic impact on both sides. The retail industry is the first to bear the brunt of the epidemic, and its casual clothing retail business has been directly affected.

The group has temporarily suspended the operation of some shops in mainland China, and is now preparing for the gradual resumption of full operation and production.
