Labor demand gap narrowed in the first quarter
This year, our city continues to carry out a series of activities of service enterprises in 2012, the theme is "enterprise recruitment and government help". We take the form of "recruiting enterprises into the market outside the province", and directly and effectively introduce local workers who are willing to work outside the city to work in our city.
According to incomplete statistics, since the beginning of this year, the city's human resources and social security departments have led 394 enterprises to Yunnan, Chongqing, Jiangxi, Guizhou, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan and Hubei to recruit ten workers in the human resources market, and have introduced 2.3 provinces and cities into the provinces.
In terms of the dynamics of human resources market, in the first quarter, all levels of human resources market in our city concentrated on various kinds of public welfare recruitment activities, and carried out special activities such as spring breeze action, employment assistance month and other public employment services.
Our city's human resources market held 195 job fairs, and the city's recruitment meeting successfully introduced more than 7.8 people.
According to the relevant survey, since the Spring Festival, the labor demand gap in the whole city has been gradually reduced.
According to the survey, the number of people in the market and the number of job seekers in this city are 69136 and 43213 respectively, representing a decrease of 9266 and 3554 respectively over the same period last year.
The survey of the demand for employment before the Spring Festival shows that the demand for employment in our city is flat compared with the same period last year, which indicates that the demand for enterprises in our city has not been reduced, and that enterprises and job seekers have more means of recruitment and choice of employment channels in a relaxed employment environment, not only in the visible human resource market.
The third industry is gradually increasing in employment.
Judging from the demand for industrial grouping, the second industry in our city is still a large demand for labor, accounting for 62.61% of the total employment in the first quarter, and the demand for the third industry continues to rise, up 0.4 percentage points from the same period last year, compared to 36.07%.
Experts say that the third industry in our city is in a stage of vigorous development, and the amount of employment is gradually rising. However, the second industry will continue to play the role of large employers.
From the perspective of industry demand, the demand for employment is still mainly concentrated in manufacturing, wholesale and retail, accommodation and catering, residential services and other service industries, and their employment demand is 57.75%, 11.15%, 8.36% and 4.89% respectively.
The proportion of the two industries of "manufacturing" and "wholesale and retail" has increased over the same period last year, and the demand for other industries has changed little.
From the perspective of employers' needs, the demand for employment is mainly concentrated on limited liability companies, private enterprises and joint stock limited companies.
In the future, our city will continue to solve the employment problem in the process of development, encourage the development of non-public enterprises, the third industry and social services, and develop labor-intensive enterprises with comparative advantages (shoemaking, clothing, ceramics and other industries) to promote the full employment of residents and realize the benign interaction between economic development and employment expansion.
The demand gap for general practitioners is difficult to solve in the short term.
The survey shows that there is a certain labor shortage in all kinds of occupations, especially the demand for production and pportation equipment operators (ordinary operators) is still relatively strong. This demand is not expected to be fundamentally resolved in a short time.
In the ten occupations, where the demand is greater than the job gap, the gap between the general practitioners, the tailoring workers and the coloured drawing workers is still large, and it is not expected to meet the employment needs in the short term.
In addition, salesmen, salesmen and restaurant attendants are also scarce.
The ten occupations that demand less than the job gap are: department managers and administrators, clerks and related personnel, force workers, mechanical cold working workers, warehousing personnel, pportation service personnel, electrical equipment shipments and repairmen, accountants, security guards and fire fighters, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery and water conservancy production personnel.
The Municipal Bureau of human resources and social security said that the next phase will further improve the long term mechanism of inter regional labor cooperation in the "government promotion, enterprise led and social linkage", and continue to carry out a series of activities in 2012 for the service enterprises in Quanzhou, with the theme of "enterprise recruitment and government help", and strive to introduce more than 20 thousand to 30 thousand labor force to help enterprises solve the problem of employment demand.
