Guangdong Quality Supervision Spot Checks &Nbsp; Women'S Pass Rate Of 66.1%

Guangdong Quality Supervision Bureau, 9, announced the 10 kinds of products special supervision and spot checks quality, including women's clothing products sampling batch.

A total of 121 batches of women's clothing products produced by 121 enterprises in 8 cities, including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Huizhou, Dongguan, Shantou, Shanwei and so on, have been inspected. According to the requirements of the mandatory national standard and the corresponding product standards specified in the GB18401, "basic safety technical specifications for national textile products", GB5296.4-1998's "instructions on the use of textiles and clothing", and so on, the identification and composition of women's clothing products are made.

After examination, 80 batches of qualified products were obtained, and the qualified rate of the sample batches was 66.1%. Among them, only 2 batches of the products were identified, and the qualified rate of the products was 67.8%.

The unqualified items found in spot checks were mainly fiber content (24 batches), seam crack degree (15 batches) and color fastness (11 batches).

It is understood that the content of fiber is an important index for determining the performance of clothing. Consumers often choose to purchase clothing products according to the content of the indicated fiber content. The fiber content is inconsistent or no fiber identification will directly damage the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.

The main reasons for the failure are: first, some enterprises do not attach enough importance to fiber content when purchasing fabrics, and do not take effective measures to check the composition and content of fibers. Two, some enterprises do not understand the requirements of standards.

It is easy to break the clothing that is not qualified in the course of sewing, which will affect the use value of the product.

The main reason for the failure is that some enterprises have chosen relatively thin and loose fabrics to produce garments, or the sewing process is not proper.

Dyestuff items with unacceptable color fastness to water or sweat stains, dyes are easy to fall off and fade, affect the appearance, and the falling dye molecules or heavy metal ions may be absorbed by the skin and cause harm to health.

The main reason for the failure is that some enterprises fail to control the process properly or use inferior dyes when dyeing products.
