There are plenty of opportunities for informal training within the enterprise, including observing others' homework, listening to others' experience and listening to others' opinions.

Do not take part in the discussion of other projects because of the busy work. Being good at helping others is helping yourself.

Four, self learning.

Self learning is an important way for exhibition project managers to improve their abilities.

Some people say that a person's success depends on what he does in his spare time.

Self learning methods include reading related books and professional magazines.

The magazine of the exhibition industry is still very few, and most of them are informative. Recently, non informational magazines and some special exhibitions of newspapers are the required materials for the self training of the exhibition project managers. Choose someone you think is worth learning as a model of study, take the initiative to visit him, ask him to be your tutor, consult him regularly on various matters at work, introduce you to the industry's predecessors, guide your development path, establish a wide range of interpersonal networks, and get professional help when necessary.

If we can make some colleagues who can discuss problems openly in the enterprise or in the same industry, we often engage in salon gatherings and form a "wisdom circle", which is very helpful for the on-the-spot improvement of the exhibition project managers, and often surf the Internet to find new knowledge and new technologies.
