He thought, why not bring those snakes to the provincial capital and open a restaurant so that the citizens of Guangzhou can taste the delicious food of snake meat.

So he came to Xiguan paddle road and opened a snake restaurant named "snake king man", which was opened in 1885 in Guangzhou, China's first snake restaurant.

From then on, the boss changed his duties and came to enjoy the serpent meal. The group of customers came all over Guangzhou and spread all over the world.

Cantonese are called rice shovel heads, golden feet belts and over mountain wind). They are made of stewed and cooked old cats and hens. They are very nutritious and healthy.

How does this famous dish come from? Here's a story.

During the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty, Jiang Kong Yin, who had been thinking for a few days in order to create new dishes, had no idea.

Suddenly, a cat barking interrupted his contemplation. With the prestige, he saw that the cat was clawing its claws at the snake in the snake cage, and the snake in the cage was not to be outdone. It opened its tongue and put on a pose to fight with the cat.

Jiang Kong Yin did not know what to do. Why not mix the snake and the cat into a dish? It is called "dragon and tiger fight". So he processed the snake and cat into meat fillet, cooked it with ginger, scallion, salt and wine, then stirred together the winter Ru silk, Auricularia auricula, Pericarpium Citri Rex, snake soup and snake, cat meat and so on.

On the seventy day of his birthday, Jiang Kong invited his relatives and friends to taste the new dish.

People appreciate it very much. When they ask their name, they call it "dragon and tiger fight".

From then on, "dragon and tiger fight" spread.

Later, some people mixed chicken meat with a better flavor, so it was also called "dragon, tiger and phoenix".

On the basis of the snake restaurant, with mushrooms, Auricularia auricula, ginger and chrysanthemum, people taste the fragrance of chrysanthemum when they taste the snake food. They are very tasty and nutritious.

Nowadays, the cooking techniques of snake food are becoming more and more sophisticated, and the ingredients are becoming more and more abundant. The snakes are not only matched with chickens, but also use the more than 10 kinds of cooking methods, such as shark fin, abalone, sea dog, water fish and so on.
