The number of fleece is determined according to the requirements of the customer's original board and its own products. Here we only suggest that we should carry out a reasonable test. Too much pile will damage the structure of cashmere fiber, and too little can not reach the requirement of hand feeling.

The proposed methods are as follows:

1, net wash, clean wash does not need too high temperature; at room temperature, you can use a small amount of detergent to wash for three to five minutes with an industrial washing machine; (Note: time can not be too long, so as not to affect the shape of the clothes).

2. After fleece, wash the water once and then add the right amount of fleece, and produce it according to the surface of the suede. It can not be too long.

3, after too soft, after raising, make sure that the clothes are washed enough to wash away the chemicals left in the pile up, then add the good wool softening and smoothing agent; the amount is (according to the fabric weight) 10~15%; the time is 20~25 minutes; (soften, when the water must be submerged, the fabric should be submerged. The fabric should be soaked in another equipment or soaking bucket.

Finally, dehydration, drying, ironing, shaping and packaging.
