US trade representative Ron Kirk (Ron Kirk) announced that the United States reached an agreement with China to confirm that China had terminated dozens of subsidies, which supported the export of well-known brands in Chinese products and Chinese products to the world.

The United States launched a dispute over these subsidies in WTO because export subsidies violated WTO rules.

The termination of these subsidies will give the US manufacturing and export workers a fair competitive environment, including household appliances, textiles and clothing, light manufacturing, agriculture and food, metal and chemical products, pharmaceuticals, and health products.

Ambassador Kirk said: "I am glad that we have signed this agreement with China today, confirming that we have eliminated many subsidies that we believe are prohibited by the WTO rules.

This agreement demonstrates President Obama's commitment to ensure that American workers, farmers, ranchers, manufacturers and producers will get fair business opportunities across the world, sell more products to global consumers, let jobs return to the United States, and bring us other benefits in trade agreements back to the United States.

Ambassador Kirk said: "this achievement represents the all-round victory of American manufacturers and workers.

We are pleased to see that the work of the WTO dispute settlement mechanism will enable all parties to reach appropriate resolutions in accordance with the expected objectives. "

In December last year, the United States made a statement at the WTO. The United States accuses China of its industrial policy, which has led many central, provincial and local governments to provide substantial subsidies to promote global recognition of Chinese goods and promote the sale of well-known Chinese brands, which are in violation of WTO rules.

The agreement reached is aimed at dispel worries in the United States.

The subsidized export subsidy has provided unfair competitive advantages for Chinese products, and refused to provide fair competition for US manufacturers to compete with Chinese enterprises in the US and third country markets.
