Aokang

After the European Court of justice rejected the litigation claims of five Chinese shoe enterprises, including Aokang, Aokang said it was possible to carry out strategic transfer and develop markets in North America and Africa.

As for the rejection of the lawsuit, Wang Hailong, spokesman of Aokang Group, said that when the EU announced the final review decision on Chinese leather shoes in December last year, it was expected that there was no chance of winning the lawsuit against the European Commission. Because the evidence of these two lawsuits is based on the on-the-spot inspection conducted by the European Union to several Chinese shoe enterprises in January last year.

Aokang said it is possible for the company to carry out strategic transfer and develop markets in North America and Africa. Before the European Union imposed anti-dumping duty on Chinese shoe enterprises in 2006, the European Union was the main export market of Aokang, accounting for 80% of the company's export, and increasing by 20% - 30%. However, after the anti-dumping duty was imposed on Chinese footwear products, Aokang's export to the EU only maintained the status quo, there was no increasing problem at all, and it faced the loss of customers.
