The inspection of imported goods, inspection by the Department for the use of goods or inspection by other units shall include relevant inspection records, weight list or inspection result report.

Fourth article Reporting time and place

The importing commodities in the category list and the imported commodities outside the category list of the foreign trade claims required by the commodity inspection authorities shall be claimed by the receiving departments or agents.
