Model Of Domestic Tour Group Contract (Trial) (1)

The contract number is: (1): Party A: (tourist or unit): the address of the residence or unit of a tourist (a traveler or a unit): the telephone number: the company's address is: (group travel agency): the address is: the telephone number of both sides is equal, and the contract is signed voluntarily.

The tour route and itinerary specified in the preceding paragraph are detailed in the itinerary.

The travel itinerary is signed by both parties A and B as an integral part of the contract.

Second service standards, the quality of service of the tour group is implemented by the National Tourism Administration, which is promulgated by the National Tourism Administration.

The total cost of the tour is RMB third.

On the date of signing the contract, Party A shall pay RMB in advance, and the balance should be paid on the day before the date of departure.

Fourth items [item cost], Party A's travel expenses agreed on in accordance with the third contract of this contract shall include the following items: 1 yuan and the handling fee of the agent's documents: Party B handles the travel documents fees for Party A.

2, traffic ticket fees: Party B buys traffic tickets for civil aviation, railways, long-distance passenger pport companies, water pport and other public pport departments.

3, catering and accommodation: the food and lodging expenses arranged by Party B in the travel itinerary.

4, tour fee: the tour fee arranged by Party B included in the travel schedule, including the pportation fee of the lodging to the tourist destination, the first ticket fee for the non travellers to pay separately.

5, pfer fee: pick up cost from airport, port, station to hotel accommodation during the tour.

6, travel service fee: Party B provides all kinds of travel service fees (including tour guide service fee).

The other expenses agreed by the 7, a and B shall be paid by the second parties of the preceding paragraph. If the fare is adjusted by the government, the refund and supplement of the fee shall be dealt with in accordance with the sixty-third clause of the contract law.

Third party A should pay the required difference if Party A requests to raise the standard and Party B agrees.

Fifth item [non item fee], Party A's travel expenses agreed on in accordance with the third contract of this contract, does not include the following items: 1, airport construction cost.

2, the personal expenses of Party A on the trip, such as personal food and beverage charges on personal pport, personal injury and medical expenses, excess baggage charges, laundry, telephone, telegram, beverage and alcoholic drinks during the stay, private pportation expenses, free activity costs, personal expenses and compensation for personal loss, and compensation fees due to personal behavior during travel.

3, Party A's own insurance premium: aviation accident insurance premiums and other insurance costs of Party A's own insurance.

4, the expenses agreed on by the two parties for the tour item separately paid by Party A.
