Shoe Tax Distributor European Union

EU importers and distributors also oppose EU's new tariff policy for leather shoes.

According to the French textile newspaper, not only does China oppose the EU's new tariff policy on leather shoes, even EU importers and distributors oppose the EU's new tariff policy, because the policy "will involve children's shoes other than anti-dumping duties, causing losses to low-income families."

According to the EU's new policy, although the EU does not cap the number of imported leather shoes, it stipulates that the number of imported leather shoes will be 1.4 billion and 0.95 million in Vietnam. The tariff will be 12%, instead of the dumping duty imposed in April this year, China 19.4%, Vietnam 16.8%.

However, if the quantity exceeds this requirement, tariffs on China's imported leather shoes will soar to 23%, and Vietnam will increase to 29.5%.
