AOKANG Group "Kanglong" Has Been Identified As China'S Well-Known Trademark.

Recently, the Kanglong trademark of AOKANG group has been identified as "China famous trademark" in the civil judgment of Xining intermediate court of Qinghai. It has become the second well-known trademark of AOKANG group's brand, and another achievement has been achieved in intellectual property protection of AOKANG group.


It is an international practice to identify well-known trademarks through judicial channels.

In China, more and more Chinese enterprises have made famous trademarks in civil cases in recent years.

The first well-known trademark recognized through judicial channels in China is the "Langjiu" trademark of Sichuan province.

The "AOKANG" trademark was recognized as a well-known trademark in 2004.

The "Kanglong" brand is the two largest brand in AOKANG. It has won many honors such as "national quality inspection free products", "China genuine leather logo products", "national quality supervision and inspection center excellent products" and "Zhejiang famous brand products".

With the continuous improvement of brand awareness, illegal practices of counterfeiting and imitating Kanglong trademark occur frequently.

In recent years, AOKANG group has attached great importance to the protection of its own intellectual property rights. In addition to constantly improving its trademark registration system, it has also made use of legal means to increase brand protection through public security, courts and other judicial organs.

As AOKANG group pays attention to the protection of intellectual property rights and its achievements, this year it has been listed as one of the first batch of key enterprises in Zhejiang province to protect the intellectual property rights of enterprises in Zhejiang.

It is reported that there are 30 enterprises in Zhejiang, including CHINT, farmer spring, and nice, etc., which are listed as intellectual property rights protection enterprises and police cooperation points.
