Population Small County Raises Shoe Leather Industry

In March 2005, Baocheng Group signed a contract with upper high and invested 200 million US dollars in locating the largest shoe leather enterprise in the central region.

In December 2007, Baocheng group started construction of the two phase of the upper high level project, and built 9 domestic production lines.

In a short time, Shanggao County became Jiangxi shoe leather industrial base.

Shoe enterprises are a labor-intensive industry, which is a great pressure for the high population and small counties.

Most of the employees came from the rural areas, some of them did not want to live in factories and wanted to go home every day.

The government has made every effort to help the enterprises. Every day commuting to work, the county bus company almost concentrated all the buses to pick up workers for the enterprises.
