It is reported that the two quarter marketing expenditure is much higher than expected, but because of the more successful realization, the proportion of marketing expenditure to revenue is better than expected.
For this difference, Jiuding said that we regard marketing expenditure as an investment, and the strategic focus of "enhancing user recognition, stickiness and trust" has not changed. Because this can boost revenue and GMV growth, and ultimately increase our profits and consolidate our intrinsic value.
In addition, Jiuding believes that the two quarter's performance is the display of marketing ability. There is no fixed budget for marketing expenses.
