With the proposal of building a strategic vision of the "Silk Road Economic Belt", Xinjiang is striving to build itself into a "core area" on the new silk road.

As a traditional advantageous industry, the central and autonomous regions have promulgated a series of unprecedented policies and measures for the development of the textile and garment industry recently.

Xinjiang

How to seize the opportunity to become the best platform for the pfer and integration of China's textile and garment industry? In the process of pformation and upgrading of the whole industry, how to make full use of the greatest advantages of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry and grasp the opportunities and scientific layout has become the key path for the domestic garment enterprises to go global layout through the Central Asian market.

In September 4th, during the 2014 China clothing convention, the president of China Textile Industry Federation,

President of China clothing association

Wang Tiankai accepted an exclusive interview with reporters.

Wang Tian Kai

It is said that the development of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry to promote employment is an important measure to promote Xinjiang's social stability and long-term stability. The introduction of a series of policies has led Xinjiang's textile and garment industry to usher in great opportunities for development.

At present, China's textile and clothing industry has entered a new period of structural adjustment, pformation and upgrading as a traditional industry, and Xinjiang needs to develop.

Textile and garment industry

We must not only introduce Xinjiang's own businesses, but also introduce the dominant enterprises in the mainland and make use of their experience to develop together with Xinjiang.

Wang Tiankai believes that the development of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry must conform to the trend of regional economic structural adjustment. Industrial pfer can not be confined to the pfer from east to west. We must consider the development of Xinjiang and the entire regional economy that it has radiated, such as the construction of the Silk Road Economic belt.

Because the focus of the global economy will shift in the future, in this region, with the rapid development of the new economy, it will bring consumption upgrading and new consumption market. The development of Xinjiang's textile and clothing must stand at such a commanding height to understand and layout, not simply the flow and allocation of production factors, but also consider how to make the development of the industry and the development of regional economy more closely linked.

"The development of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry must go to the terminal. If it simply eats up Xinjiang's cotton and spun it into yarn, it must be a problem."

Wang Tiankai said that in the development of Xinjiang's industrial planning, the development of cotton textile ingots should be moderately developed, and more importantly, the terminal should be implemented.

And how to implement terminal must study the market deeply, not only today's market, but also tomorrow's future development.

"If the market research is thorough, I believe that some enterprises will go to Xinjiang to develop and layout. This is also the greatest opportunity and challenge for Xinjiang to develop the textile and garment industry."

Wang Tiankai said.

When it comes to how Xinjiang's local enterprises seize opportunities and become bigger and stronger, Wang Tiankai said that textile enterprises should return to themselves. Local enterprises should give full play to their own characteristics and do not want to homogenization and scale up.

National dress and adornment is the characteristic of local enterprises in Xinjiang. We must make Xinjiang's national characteristics the most exquisite and the most specialized.

Wang Tiankai finally said that Xinjiang has introduced many mainland dominant enterprises in the development of the last textile and garment industry. While pferring assets, these enterprises have also pferred technology, talents and management. Therefore, Xinjiang has already had successful experience to learn from.

Today, the central government and Xinjiang have introduced strong policies and measures to increase the attractiveness of big enterprises.

"Taking advantage of this clothing convention, we can allow more large enterprises to come to Xinjiang and understand Xinjiang. According to the actual situation in Xinjiang, they can see how the enterprise will do and develop in Xinjiang in the future.

This is what our association should do. "

Wang Tiankai said that in the future, the association will also strengthen more information pmission, including international and domestic information exchange, personnel training and so on. In particular, it is necessary to explore in depth various forms of information exchange and cooperation with Xinjiang to speed up personnel training, so as to contribute to the development of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry, and contribute to the ultimate goal of promoting Xinjiang's economic development and long-term stability.
