China textile industry The Federation hosted the scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting of "High strength polyester filament tire base fabric products and equipment development" in Anguo, Hebei Province. This project is a science and technology guidance project jointly undertaken by Dalian Huayang Chemical Fiber Technology Co., Ltd. and Anguo Zhongjian Nonwovens Co., Ltd. of China Textile Industry Federation.

Yao Mu, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Jin Xiangyu, professor of Donghua University served as the director and deputy director of the appraisal meeting. The appraisal expert group listened to the report of the project undertaking unit, reviewed the appraisal data, and inspected the production line on the spot. After inquiry and discussion, it was unanimously agreed that the project passed the appraisal. It believed that the project equipment and technology were the first in China and reached the international advanced level, which was of great significance for promoting the upgrading, structural adjustment, and sustainable and healthy development of China's waterproof industry.

They have successfully developed and mastered the process technology of polyester filament tire base cloth, and developed a complete set of production line equipment, The production of high-strength polyester filament tire base fabric fully meets the downstream performance requirements, and its performance is superior to that of polyester tire base fabric at home and abroad, reaching the international advanced level of similar products. At present, the project has obtained three national utility model patents and two national invention patents.
